Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China. You could visit us by air. It’s only 25 minutes from our factory to Shenzhen International Airport. We could arrange a car to pick you up there.
Generally it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-45 days if the goods are not in stock, based on both quantity and your requirements. We will deliver it on time as the date we agreed both side.
We will provide installation videos and tutorials, or we could also arrange a video call ASAS the machine is ready in your site to teaching you how to run the machines. And if you need, we could also send our engineer to your side to help you test and train your technicians.
Our products will be carefully inspected and ensured before delivery, and we will provide the correct instructions and videos for use of the products; in addition, our products support lifetime warranty service, if there are any questions during the use of the product, please consult our personnel.
All the machines ordered from us will provide one year guarantee from the delivery date. If there is any main parts be broken within the warranty and isn’t caused by improperly operation then we would offer the new parts for free.
We generally use T/T or L/C at sight, and we can negotiate the payment method.
